Nuala O'Neill

Nuala O’Neill is seconded as the Director of the Governing Bodies Association (GBA) which is the representative body for the 50 voluntary grammar schools in Northern Ireland. Prior to this Nuala spent 15 years in senior policy and public affairs roles for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the SDLP, and in public relations consultancy.

Nuala holds a BA (Hons) in Politics and Modern History from Queen’s University, Belfast, an Advanced Diploma in Management Practice from Ulster University and has completed an Executive Programme in Political Leadership from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

She has previously served as Chair of the Northern Ireland Government Affairs Group, is an alumni of the Washington Ireland Program and served on its Ireland Committee. Nuala currently sits on the committee of Ulster Project Delaware.
