Edward is a Queen’s University graduate, with a joint-honours degree in History and Politics. He achieved a 1:1 in his research dissertation on whether personality campaigns were assets to political parties in parliamentary elections.

Before joining MCE, Edward gained valuable experience contacting MPs, MLAs and local Councillors working on his youth radio ‘Ed’s Guests’ with Radio YNP in Belfast. While at university, he was the Deputy-Editor, Business and Economics Editor and Irish Politics Reporter for The Gown at Queen’s University Newspaper.

At MCE Edward works on major residential and commercial planning application consultations and engages with elected representatives of all levels on behalf of a wide range of clients.

Edward is passionate about politics and is an avid reader of non-fiction and biographies. He also has a hobby interest in trains and is a keen follower of Irish League Football.
