We are flexible; recognising that we work to live and not the other way around. We take wellbeing seriously. Lunchtime yoga sessions and mindfulness training are just some of the ways we remember to take a breath. We come together to support fundraising efforts, sports endeavours, and hobbies.

Making a difference is incredibly important to us. At the heart of all that we do is the desire to have a lasting impact on our community, our people and the environment around us by being a more responsible, engaged and respectful business.
Our four CSR pillars are employee wellbeing, volunteering, fundraising and sustainability. Our team nominated two charities to support in 2023 - Flourish NI and Air Ambulance - for whom we fundraise for, volunteer our time, and share our skills and expertise.
The last Friday of the month is dedicated to broadening our horizons and learning something new. We host interesting clients and contacts from other industries or hear from one of our own teammates on a topic they're passionate about or have been training on.
Book worms unite. Our book club meets every two months to discuss the latest read. There's a good mix between genres so there's something for everyone - Mr Loverman, The Great Gatsby, Verity, Practical Magic, and The Secret History are some of the books we've read.
