MCE worked with Lotus Homes to officially open the first phase of the long-awaited Ballyclare Western Relief Road
From the initial idea to project delivery, MCE delivered a range of services
As part of their commitment to the people of Ballyclare, Lotus Homes pledged to deliver the first phase of the road when progressing plans for 209 new family homes.
The first stage of the Ballyclare Western Relief Road was completed in December 2021, with the official opening taking place in the Christmas week.
Invitations were extended to the MP and MLAs for South Antrim, the local Ballyclare Councillors, and the Mayor of Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council was invited to cut the ribbon, officially opening the road. As the official opening took place in the Christmas week, we arranged for a tea / coffee and refreshment van to attend the opening to help keep everyone warm and in good spirits.
Additionally, the press release and accompanying photography secured the front page of the local paper with the headline, “Early Christmas gift as Relief Road opens.”
